Further Update on IPStream EoI
BT Wholesale has started the programme to transfer all existing ADSL and SDSL broadband end users to the new Openreach Equivalence Management Platform (EMP) database.
We are currently transferring at a rate of 1000 customers per day as we prove systems and processes. This work is planned to continue until 31 December 2006 which is the IBMC (Installed Base Migration Complete) date by which the migration of all of the relevant BT installed broadband End-User base to the Equivalence of Inputs product is due for completion.
