Update on Key Performance Indicators
As part of the BT Undertakings, BT has committed to report performance on product Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) monthly to the Equality of Access Board (EAB) and quarterly to its customers in order to demonstrate Equivalence Of Inputs i.e. that it is treating internal and external customers on equal terms. The second quarterly report was published on 30 April 2006 and BT Wholesale has been consulting with its customers on future KPI requirements.

The initial set of product KPIs were selected by BT in order to give the EAB an early indication of our performance. In April BT Wholesale shared these KPIs with customers and received some excellent feedback on further enhancements. These enhancements will be reviewed and implemented where possible over the coming months.
