EAB produces its first Annual Report
The Equality of Access Board (EAB) will soon publish its Annual Report covering the period up to 31 March 2006. The EAB, chaired by BT Non-Executive Carl Symon, is a committee of the BT plc Board and contains three independent members.
The Equality of Access Board (EAB) will soon publish its Annual Report covering the period up to 31 March 2006. The EAB, chaired by BT Non-Executive Carl Symon, is a committee of the BT plc Board and contains three independent members. Its annual report will provide the EAB's perspectives on BT's delivery of the Undertakings thus far and on governance arrangements related to the Undertakings. It will also set out some concerns as to the future delivery of key Undertakings milestones.
The report has been subject to assurance by independent auditors – as required by the Undertakings and PricewaterhouseCooper's report and opinion will be published alongside the report. The report will be published as a distinct part of BT's annual regulatory compliance report.
