The Equality of Access Board (EAB)
The Undertakings state that 'The role of the EAB is a general one of monitoring, reporting and advising BT on BT's compliance with these Undertakings and the Code of Practice, with a specific focus on the provision of products on an Equivalence of Inputs basis and the operation of AS [Openreach]'.
The Equality of Access Board (EAB) and the Equality of Access Office (EAO) are fully operational. Summaries of the EAB’s work are now published regularly.

Following feedback from Communications Providers (CPs), the EAO has published guidelines for its complaints process on the EAB website and is ready to consider complaints from Communications Providers. To view the website please click here.
The EAB has announced that it is appointing PricewaterhouseCoopers to provide an independent external audit of the EAB’s Summary Annual Report. The EAB’s Summary Annual Report will be published as part of BT’s Annual Regulatory Compliance Report in June.
