Further Undertakings Industry Events Planned
Jo Upward, Director, Industry Development, sent out invitations in mid February to the next Industry Briefing Events on BT's Undertakings. These events are being held on the 13 and 16 March.
In our previous events, in October and November 2005, we covered the implications of BT's Undertakings, the launch of Openreach, and the impact on channel and account management for customers, as well as covering our plans for product and systems equivalence.
At our forthcoming events in March, we will provide an update on progress with delivery of our commitments, as well as looking at how we are implementing equivalence in practice. Using the example of IPStream, we will demonstrate the changes that we have made, and the impact on provisioning, repair and migrations. We will also look at how we are managing new product development in our new BT Wholesale organisation.
These events are aimed at Product Managers, Commercial Managers and Account and Supply Managers.
