Undertakings Delivered Since the Last Bulletin

BT has delivered all its Undertakings to date on or before the scheduled date. Here is a quick reference guide to the Undertakings delivered since our last update.

Below is a list of Undertakings which were delivered by 30 June 2006:

Equivalent supply of the Metallic Path Facility and the Shared Metallic Path Facility into IPstream
BT to provide improved access to engineering appointment books.

This page lists those Undertakings where the required date has passed and BT believes it has carried out the work necessary to discharge the Undertaking. The Equality of Access Board independently monitors and reports on BT’s delivery of all the Undertakings. Its conclusions on BT’s progress so far are published in its annual report, which can be found at http://www.bt.com/eabreport.
