WLR3

As at the end of February over 1 million customers were being supplied with retail pstn based on equivalent use of WLR3. BT's achievement of the Ready for Service (RFS) date and of its ongoing use of WLR3 for all new customers has recently been validated by the EAB and the EAB continues to monitor compliance on an ongoing basis. BT Retail has also begun the process of migrating its existing consumer PSTN customers to WLR3 and remains confident it will complete this task on or before the Undertakings deadline.
