Transparency

For DataStream, Partial Private Circuits (PPCs) and Carrier Pre-selection (CPS), the Undertakings required BT to provide improved transparency to Communication providers to demonstrate that it is not disadvantaging industry compared to its own downstream businesses.

Internal Reference Offers were published in December for DataStream, PPCs and CPS (the latter comparing CPS with the provision of comparable services internally) following a period of consultation with industry. Building on the update provided in December, further updates on transparency on Partial Private Circuits, DataStream and IPStream are available here.
