BT Wholesale Product Organisations – Update

BTW Core Network Services, which product-manages BT Wholesale's main SMP products

BTW Value-Added Network Services, which product-manages specific products of commercial significance to other communications providers

BTW Unregulated & New Services, which will product-manage BT Wholesale's main products which are not subject to Equivalence and which have not been determined to be either SMP products or products "significant to other communications providers."

All product managers have received guidance and training via the Code of Practice, Computer Based Training (CBT), roadshows and tailored internal briefings.
