It Matters. Building Good Practice at BT

To ensure that our people understand how the Undertakings affect their individual and collective responsibilities, a major programme of communications, training and compliance is underway across BT.

All BT people will by now have received a personal copy of the BT Code of Practice, a document created to make clear the company and individual responsibilities we share following the Undertakings. Bespoke guidance is included in the Code of Practice for people in specific functional areas.

The publication is being supported by mandatory training for all BT people and face to face training sessions for those BT people, including contractors, working in specific areas of the business where individual’s need to understand the detail of the obligations are most important.

This activity is part of BT's commitment to ensure that we deliver both the letter and the spirit of the agreement.
