ISDN and Highway Conversion Process

Unexpected difficulties with delivery of the solution mean we are for the moment continuing with the legacy non-EOI process and continuing to work to get the new EOI process fixed, tested and launched as quickly as we can. Some customers had asked us to delay introduction, and our delay may be helpful to them, but nonetheless we are disappointed at our inability to meet the original timescale.
