Successful Undertakings Industry Events Held
A total of 116 people attended the two Undertakings Industry Events held in Manchester and London on 13 March and 16 March respectively. These events were the third in a series of industry events outlining progress with delivery of BT’s Undertakings and followed on from the successful events in October and November last year.
These events were hosted by Jo Upward, Director BT Wholesale Industry Development, and featured presenters from the senior management teams in BT Group, BT Wholesale and Openreach, and provided attendees with the latest information on delivery of the Undertakings.
As well as hearing the latest on Openreach organisation build from Emma Gilthorpe and the build of the Wholesale products organisation from Angus Flett, attendees heard a series of specific presentations covering:
What Equivalence of Input will mean in practice for IPStream customers
Changes to the new product development process
BT Wholesale’s plans for transforming customer experience with product migrations
Progress on defining and publishing KPIs for both Openreach and BT Wholesale products.
Feedback from the events has been very positive and further events are expected later this year.
